PDF-XChange Viewer is a fast and free PDF Reader.
With KernelEx you can install it up to version 2.5.210.0 (25.Feb.2013). Tested: exe installer and portable version

Installation
The exe installer requires windows 5.0 or higher. Change KernelEX compatibility mode to 2K or XP.
Running
Better run the PDF XChange-Viewer (PDFXCview.exe) in comp. mode 2K or XP. It solves some minor issues of the Zoom Toolbar and Pages Navigation Toolbar.
Known issues
Printing doesn't work.
The builds 198, 199 and 200 don't open pdf files on Win 98/ME.
